Strategic Sourcing Analyst

Job Overview

You will lead the data management and quantitative analyses of sourcing activities within the Strategic Sourcing Organization (SSO). The Analyst participates in the strategic sourcing process, developing analytical tools, data recommendations, and solutions using Power BI and Microsoft Power Platform.

• Manipulate data, summarize findings, and perform root‑cause analysis.
• Verify accuracy, logic, and plausibility of data and solutions.
• Prioritize and deliver multiple tasks with accuracy.
• Write and verbally communicate with partners at all levels.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship.

• 5+ years experience integrating large datasets using Power Query, Power BI, MS Access, SQL (MS SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Experience creating or updating tools/processes and supporting organizational change management.
• ERP/MRP knowledge – SAP experience.
• Understanding of supply chain models and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) concepts.
• Experience partnering with engineering, quality, marketing, and other teams.

• Base salary range: $84,800 - $127,320 with an annual target bonus of 5% of base salary.
