eTeam is seeking a Desktop Support technician in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, for a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension. The candidate will work in a Level 2 support capacity, primarily troubleshooting and repairing software and hardware issues for end users both on-site and remotely.
The ideal candidate has experience with Active Directory, SCCM, and Service Now, and is skilled in customer service as well as hardware and software support. The position offers a pay range of $21/hr on W2.
