IAM Developer - Advisor II

Duties
DUTIES:
Design and implement secure login flows, MFA, token handling, and RBAC/ABAC using OAuth2, OIDC, and SAML standards. Connect applications to IdPs, enable SSO/federation, and automate provisioning. Develop zero-trust IAM services, enforce API security, implement audit logging, and ensure compliance with GDPR, PCI DSS, and SOX. Automate authentication patterns for rapid implementation, enforce least privilege, and maintain scalable entitlement models. Centralize secrets and key management, implement secure token storage, and enforce rotation policies for cryptographic material.
Build IAM health checks, perform failover drills, monitor performance, and conduct threat modeling to enhance reliability and security. Implement automated build and deployment pipelines for IAM components. Integrate security gates into CI/CD workflows. Automate policy enforcement, unit/integration tests, and infrastructure-as-code for IdP configurations and secrets management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field and 4 years in any job title involving software development experience using Java or C#. Alternatively, employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field and 2 years in any job title involving software development experience using Java or C#. Prior experience must include: 2 years working in IAM including OAuth2, OIDC and SAML;
2 years working with Ping Federate, Ping Access, Azure AD, Okta or Keycloak; 2 years working with automation tools including Harness, Azure Dev Ops or Jenkins; 2 years working with security scanning tools; 2 years working with Zero Trust principles, secure coding practices, and compliance frameworks; and 1 year working with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms.
