Job Overview
The PC Support Technician provides onsite technical support to hospital staff, focusing on device refresh tasks, troubleshooting, and ensuring reliable access to technology in a clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform laptop and desktop refresh tasks, including installation, configuration, imaging, and troubleshooting.
- Provide onsite technical support to hospital staff with minimal disruption to clinical workflows.
- Maintain accurate documentation of equipment inventory, service requests, and completed work.
- Collaborate with IT team members to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and security protocols.
- Proven experience in field services, desktop support, or a similar technical support role.
- Strong customer service skills with ability to communicate effectively with medical staff.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Self‑motivated and capable of working independently.
- Experience in a hospital IT environment is a plus.

Contract position based out of Milwaukee, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range is $20.00 - $22.00 per hour.
