IT Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Business Systems/ Tech Analyst
We are seeking a Business Integration Lead to drive Industry 4.0 initiatives by bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role focuses heavily on understanding operational challenges, defining requirements, and ensuring successful project execution.
Responsibilities- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams
- Gather, clarify, and prioritize stakeholder requirements related to Digital Transformation
- Lead initiatives that improve operational visibility and performance through data
- Define reporting needs (frequency, granularity, metrics) and align across teams
- Drive execution by coordinating with IT and project teams
- Own project outcomes and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Experience working in manufacturing, operations, or service environments
- Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions
- Experience supporting Digital Transformation or Industry 4.0 efforts
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical discipline

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Milwaukee, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $55.00 – $75.00/hr.
