Role Overview
We are searching for experienced Field Service Technicians to support RSSC-Pacific (MS 275). Individuals selected for this role will support enlisted personnel in providing end‑user support and provide technical support for desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
What You Will Do- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop operating systems and software applications.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Maintain accurate records of hardware inventory and software licenses.
Must have current CompTIA Security+ or equivalent DOD baseline certification and a minimum of 6 years of experience supporting Windows desktop/laptop/PCs and other devices.
Requirements- Current CompTIA Security+ or equivalent DOD baseline certification.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience supporting Windows desktop/laptop/PCs and other devices.
- Security Clearance is required; interim level is acceptable.
- IT education preferred.
- Experience with Service Now is a plus.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
