Our client, a leading organization in the industry sector, is seeking a Digital Enablement Manager to join their team. As a Digital Enablement Manager, you will be part of the Digital Transformation Department supporting various teams involved in digital initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to change management, which will align successfully within the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Lead the development and execution of comprehensive enablement strategies for specialized platforms, data products, and analytics tools to ensure seamless user adoption.

+ Collaborate closely with technical, risk, legal, and security leadership to understand technical capabilities and translate them into clear business value.

+ Design and implement effective communication plans to promote digital initiatives, ensuring timely and impactful messaging across various channels.

+ Maintain compliance with brand guidelines and manage the content repository, ensuring all materials meet standards and retention policies.

+ Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and educational materials to enhance digital literacy and foster a culture of continuous learning.

** What's Needed?*
* + Minimum of five years of experience in strategic communications related to projects and products, with a focus on change management methodologies.

+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred.

+ Strong writing, verbal, and presentation skills with keen attention to detail and creativity.

+ Familiarity with AI tools and initiatives, especially in enablement or adoption contexts.

Experience with project management tools and methodologies, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and working effectively across teams.
