IT Business Analyst, Systems Analyst
Job Description
The IT ERP Analysts will support and analyze the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) ERP environment for a multi‑business organization operating across multiple U.S. time zones. These roles are part of a small, specialized ERP team with strong internal expertise and a willingness to train candidates who bring relevant ERP experience.
Both analysts will onboard together and build foundational Business Central knowledge in parallel.
Key Responsibilities- Support and troubleshoot the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly NAV / Navision) ERP system
- Act as front‑line support for ERP issues, particularly for operations in Chihuahua
- Work closely with business users (buyers, quality teams, operations) to:
- Understand business needs
- Translate requirements into system solutions
- Document errors, fixes, and processes
- Enter and track ERP issues via ticketing
- Build and maintain a knowledge base/repository
- Learn and document end‑to‑end business processes (e.g., purchasing, POs, buyer workflows)
- Participate in a major ERP upgrade from BC version 14 to version 27 (latest release this year)

- 2–3 years of ERP experience, ideally with SAP or Oracle (Dynamics BC/NAV experience is a strong plus but not required)
- Bilingual:
English & Spanish - Strong documentation, problem‑solving, and communication skills
- Willingness to learn a niche ERP system and business processes
