Maximo Techno-Functional Expert - Lead

• Experience in managing Multiple Maximo programs in parallel
• Strong customer communication and management experience
• Stakeholder management with end-to-end ownership for driving business value for complex programs.
• Experience of implementing Maximo (7.6 or higher) end-to-end (preferably for a Manufacturing Customer).
• MAS 8/9 hands-on experience and certification (preferable).
• Maximo Implementation/ Upgrade/ Support experience: 7.6 or higher.
• Knowledge of following Maximo add-ons and related technologies
• Maximo Application Suite (MAS) 8.x or above
• MAS Health & Monitor
• MAS Predict & MRIO (preferable)
• Hands-on experience in MAS on IBM SaaS model.

• Managing Multiple Maximo programs in parallel
• Stakeholder management with end-to-end ownership for driving business value for complex programs.
• Execute enhancement activities for a high complexity Maximo Application Suite (MAS) solution with add-ons.
• Hands-on approach with agile mindset to drive design and implementation for epics in close collaboration with internal and 3rd party stakeholders.
• Delivery ownership for complex programs in close collaboration with Customer & internal stakeholders.
• Review & report compliance with delivery milestones and plan-ahead for subsequent quarters.
• Status reporting to client and TCS management on the project activities.
