Printer Support / Customer Service Technician

We are seeking a customer-focused Printer Support Technician to provide onsite support at Ascension St. Francis Hospital and affiliated healthcare locations. This role combines customer service, light technical support, and delivery of printer toner and supplies. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys working independently, solving basic technical issues, and providing exceptional service.

• Deliver printer toner and supplies throughout hospital campuses.
• Respond to basic printer issues, including clearing paper jams.
• Perform printer assessments after completing company-provided training.
• Provide outstanding customer service while interacting with hospital staff.
• Transport supplies using a flat cart or dolly as needed.
• Walk extensively throughout hospital campuses during the workday.
• Drive between hospital campuses and off-site clinic locations using your personal vehicle when required.

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a plus).
• Previous IT Help Desk or desktop support experience preferred.
• Experience supporting printer hardware and applications.
• HP printer certifications are a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of network printers and print support technologies.
