Print Support Specialist
Milwaukee, WI (onsite)

Summary
As a Print Support Specialist I, you will provide on-site support for network and workstation printers, ensuring reliable printer operations and exceptional customer service. You will troubleshoot printer issues, manage printer inventory and supplies, support end users, and help maintain service level agreements through timely issue resolution and effective communication.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily support for network and workstation printers across customer locations.
- Respond to customer requests for technical support and resolve printer-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot printer hardware and connectivity issues, escalating complex problems to technical support teams as needed.
- Keep customers informed on the status and progress of service requests.
- Document service calls, troubleshooting activities, and resolutions using service management tools.
- Maintain printer fleet databases, meter reads, and fleet performance records.
- Manage on-site inventory of printer hardware, toner, consumables, and hot swap equipment.
- Coordinate printer procurement and equipment replacement as required.
- Deliver toner and supplies to customer locations and perform basic first-response maintenance, including clearing paper jams and conducting printer assessments.
- Provide end-user guidance and support on printer usage and remote access when applicable.
- Support Printer Fleet Managers and Integrated Account Managers with fleet status updates.
- Help ensure service level agreements are consistently achieved while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education is preferred.
- Experience providing IT help desk, printer, or hardware support.
- Strong knowledge of network and workstation printers and printer troubleshooting.
- HP certifications or comparable technical training are preferred.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, project management, and task prioritization abilities.
- Ability to document technical issues accurately and maintain service records.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between customer locations using a personal vehicle, as required.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 20 pounds and perform frequent walking, standing, bending, reaching, and other physical activities throughout the workday.
