Position Title: AI Program Manager
Wage: Based on Experience
As the AI Program Manager in Milwaukee, WI, you will build and lead a portfolio of AI initiatives focused on:
- Automating repetitive tasks
- Eliminating process waste
- Driving measurable business outcomes
You will partner cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, Marketing, IT, HR, and Finance to:
- Identify high-impact problems
- Deliver results quickly
- Scale successful solutions across plant sites
All initiatives must align with Quality and EHS requirements, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and documentation standards.
AI Program Manager Responsibilities- Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand business goals and constraints
- Translate high-level objectives into actionable AI project requirements
- Build business cases by establishing performance baselines and quantifying expected benefits
- Prioritize AI initiatives based on business value, impact, labor hour avoidance and risk mitigation
- Develop and manage an AI roadmap with short, iterative deliverables
- Execute stage‑gated delivery (scope? pilot? scale) aligned to COE governance
- Establish decision forums, risk controls, and measurable milestones
- Partner with Business and IT to build data infrastructure and tools supporting the AI roadmap
- Transition ownership of AI agents and workflows to business stakeholders
- Drive change management to ensure AI adoption becomes embedded in daily operations
- Track and report value through measurable metrics
- Upskill the organization by sharing AI knowledge, coaching stakeholders to identify new use cases
- Partner with Legal and HR on AI usage and data privacy policies
- Ensure compliance with IT cybersecurity and corporate risk guidelines
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, data management, or BI
- Strong understanding of data governance principles and data warehousing concepts
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Fabric, Power BI) preferred
- Knowledge of master data management (MDM) and data cataloging tools preferred
- Manufacturing or industrial background
- Lean / Six Sigma certification
- Experience embedding AI into continuous improvement programs
- Experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Fabric and Azure AI / Foundry
