Enterprise Solutions Manager

The Senior Manager, Enterprise Applications Development & Integration, provides both technical and team leadership for a global team of SAP developers and integration engineers. This role requires deep expertise in SAP (ECC and/or S/4

HANA) and a proven ability to design, build, and manage enterprise-wide systems in a manufacturing and distribution environment. This leader will partner cross-functionally to drive business improvements through optimized system integrations, effective vendor management, and delivery of strategic technology solutions.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SAP developers and integration engineers
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Manage resource allocation, performance management, and career development plans
• Take on increasing leadership scope and strategic initiatives over time

• Oversee the full lifecycle of SAP development and integration initiatives
• Build and optimize integrations across enterprise platforms including:
• Web applications
• Product Information Management (PIM) systems
• Logistics and transportation systems
• CRM platforms
• EDI solutions and other non-SAP tools
• Lead complex SAP initiatives from requirements through implementation
• Support both ECC and S/4
  
  HANA environments
• Develop functional specifications and partner with technical teams
• Manage upgrades and deployments with minimal business disruption

• Support onboarding of newly acquired business units into a global SAP platform
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and design solutions
• Provide system analysis and process improvement recommendations
• Maintain strong understanding of SAP master data and global system architecture
• Ensure proper documentation for change management and training
• Manage third‑party vendors, consultants, and technology providers
• Evaluate and select external partners for SAP and integration initiatives
• Oversee contracts, deliverables, and service level agreements (SLAs)
• Ensure alignment and seamless collaboration across all vendors
• Drive system and process enhancements across global teams
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency gains, and revenue impact
• Apply continuous improvement methodologies and best practices
• Utilize project management tools and frameworks effectively
• Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize user disruption
• Provide end‑user support and team coaching
• Analyze data and create reporting/visualizations for decision making

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 8–10+ years of SAP technical experience in global environments (ECC and/or S/4
  
  HANA)
• 3+ years of experience leading technical teams
• Experience in manufacturing and/or distribution environments preferred
• Strong project management and continuous improvement experience

• Proven experience integrating SAP with enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, PIM, logistics, EDI)
• Experience with integration platforms and middleware (e.g., Mule Soft, TIBCO, Azure Integration Services)
• Strong understanding of APIs, data integration, and hybrid environments
• SAP certifications are a plus
