Cloud Engineer/Architect – OXFORD GLOBAL RESOURCES INC, Milwaukee, WI.

• Administer and optimize cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) ensuring proper resource utilization, cost efficiency and adherence to security best practices.
• Implement monitoring solutions to track system performance, troubleshoot issues and optimize resource utilization, ensuring availability and reliability of cloud services.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes and troubleshooting guidelines.
• Use tools to automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration and deployment, enabling efficient and reproducible environments.
• Implement robust security measures to safeguard cloud environments, including identity and access management, encryption and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement cloud-based solutions aligned with business goals and scalability requirements.
• Work closely with development and operations teams to facilitate smooth integration of applications with cloud services.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in cloud computing.
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and optimization within the cloud infrastructure.

• 5+ years of experience in cloud environments and understanding of cloud infrastructure (OCI, AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong scripting experience including BASH, Power Shell, REST/API.
• Experience with cloud automation.
• Understanding of modern cloud technology components and deployment patterns: virtual machines, containers, Kubernetes, serverless, infrastructure-as-code, etc.
• Experience deploying and supporting hybrid infrastructure on-prem private cloud and public cloud.
• Develop and implement standards and best practices related to private/public cloud solutions.
• Architecture best practices knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences.

Hourly Rate: $76-99. Oxford provides supplemental medical (no major medical), dental, vision, life, and disability benefit plans alongside a 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan. Paid holidays and sick leave are provided as per eligibility and legal requirements.
