Data Engineer

Our client is seeking a Data Engineer to join their innovative team. As a Data Engineer, you will be part of the Data Engineering Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Design, build, and maintain scalable, robust data pipelines and enterprise data architectures utilizing Databricks, Snowflake, and dbt.

+ Transform and model complex, large-scale datasets within Snowflake and Databricks to support advanced analytics and business intelligence initiatives.

+ Leverage Databricks for large-scale, distributed data processing while ensuring data quality, reliability, and continuous performance optimization across cloud data platforms.

+ Partner with data scientists, analysts, and software engineers to translate business requirements into efficient, end-to-end data engineering solutions.

** What's Needed?*
* + Proficiency in Python programming, Pyspark, Azure Data Factory, and Generative AI.

+ Experience in Data Engineering & Architecture, Snowflake, Databricks, and Data Science.

+ 8+ years of leadership experience, capable of managing offshore resources and acting as the primary client contact.

+ Hands-on engineering experience with 3-7 years in relevant roles.

+ Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across teams and disciplines.
