Role SummaryJoin Associated Bank and help bring enterprise AI initiatives to life. As an AI Operations Analyst, you’ll coordinate AI projects, develop operational documentation, manage reporting, and support the successful adoption of AI solutions across the organization.
Key Accountabilities- Develop governance and operational documentation that supports secure, compliant, and audit‑ready AI solutions.
- Partner with business leaders, technology teams, and vendors to gather requirements and coordinate AI project execution.
- Manage the AI Innovation Hub by maintaining SharePoint content, resources, and documentation that support enterprise initiatives.
- Build dashboards and reports that measure AI adoption, operational performance, and solution health.
- Investigate operational issues, coordinate resolutions, and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
- Support enterprise AI governance by maintaining documentation that aligns with risk and compliance standards.
- Coordinate AI Academy activities and track learning participation to help expand AI knowledge across the organization.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience gathering business requirements and documenting business process mapping.
- 2+ years of experience managing cross‑functional stakeholders and project coordination.
- 2+ years of experience working in a regulated industry.
- 2+ years of experience applying analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Working knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and foundational AI or Machine Learning basics.
- Supporting AI, automation, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience building dashboards using Power BI or similar reporting tools.
- Experience administering or maintaining SharePoint sites.
- Familiarity with governance, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and enterprise control documentation in a financial services environment.
