SAP OTC/SD Lead Consultant

Expert level knowledge in SAP OTC/SD modules covering Sales and Distribution business functions solutions and integration with other SAP modules and third party systems especially for manufacturing organization. Should know about SAP and its products. Should be excellent in Information Analysis and Decision Making. Should be able to evaluate business requirement and provide alternatives to satisfy business needs. Should be able evaluate and plan OTC related projects.

Sound knowledge for Business case development. Strong interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively with various project team members. Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective. Fluent and effective communication skills are must.

Required Experience:

Experience of 5+ full lifecycle SAP implementations/rollouts in SD/OTC area (good experience with Order Management, Transportation Scheduling System, Deliveries, Shipment). Minimum 5+ years of experience as SAP OTC lead consultant and 15+ years of SAP SD/OTC SAP experience.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for assisting on defining, designing, governing and delivering SAP centric solutions that enable and enhance Order to Cash processes like Sales Orders, Outbound Deliveries, Pricing and Customer returns. Strong experience with EDI communication as it relates to processing. Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP OTC related projects. Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements. Act as a liaison between the business functions and the project team.

Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements. Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions. Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
