Job Description

As the Service Now Ecosystem Business Development Director, you are responsible for driving strategic growth across Accenture's Service Now business by originating, shaping, and advancing opportunities centered on Service Now's AI native Technology, Employee, Customer and Industry workflows.

You are a trusted advisor to clients, Service Now leadership, and Accenture account teams, bringing deep expertise across Service Now offerings.

You drive executive-level conversations focused on business transformation, AI adoption, workflow modernization, customer engagement, and industry reinvention while positioning the combined value of Service Now and Accenture.

Strategic Focus Areas

* Agentic AI and Enterprise AI Transformation

* Cybersecurity transformation using Security Operations and cyber resilience solutions.

* Industry-specific AI and digital transformation solutions across one or more industries

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute joint Accenture-Service Now growth strategies and co-sell motions for assigned accounts/clients.

* Build executive relationships with Service Now Partner Development Managers, Customer Engineers, Industry Leaders, and Account Teams.

* Originate opportunities involving Service Now Platform capabilities.

* Work closely with Accenture and Service Now leadership team to drive pipeline growth.

* Lead executive workshops, innovation sessions, and value realization discussions.

* Develop business cases and ROI narratives that align technology investments to measurable business outcomes.

* Influence Service Now leadership to position Accenture as the preferred transformation partner.

* Create differentiated industry solutions, thought leadership, and joint offerings aligned to Service Now priorities.

* Enable Accenture and Service Now field teams on joint value propositions and strategic growth plays.

Travel is required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 25% to 50% depending on business need and client requirements.

Qualification

Required Qualifications

* Minimum 8+ years of business development, sales, alliance, or consulting experience.

* Minimum 10+ years of complex pursuit management and opportunity development experience.

* Experience selling or shaping enterprise technology transformation programs aligned with Service Now platform capabilities.

* Strong understanding of AI, analytics, data, customer experience, or cybersecurity solutions.

* Proven executive relationship management skills.

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience originating and shaping AI, Generative AI, data modernization, analytics, or customer experience transformation initiatives.

* Experience working with Global 2000 organizations.

* Strong executive communication and presentation skills.

* Ability to engage CIOs, CDAOs, CTOs, CISOs, COOs, and Line-of-Business leaders.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
