Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC) is seeking part-time IT Helpdesk/Support staff to assist with computer hardware, software, and network needs across campus. Responsibilities include installations, maintenance, and user support to ensure reliable technology for students and staff.
The role supports the Information Technology Department, with flexible hours not to exceed 19 per week, primarily based at the Downtown Milwaukee MATC Campus and travel to other campuses as needed.
