As the Senior Manager, Cybersecurity & Infrastructure, you'll lead the strategy, governance, and execution of our cybersecurity program while overseeing the infrastructure that supports our Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) environments. You'll partner with leaders across the organization to ensure our technology remains secure, reliable, and positioned for future growth.

This position is based at Palermo's headquarters in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

You'll split your time between the office, manufacturing facilities, and warehouse operations while partnering with Information Technology, Engineering, Operations, and executive leadership to strengthen cybersecurity and infrastructure across the enterprise.

As the Senior Manager, Cybersecurity & Infrastructure, you'll provide strategic leadership for Palermo's cybersecurity program while ensuring the reliability, security, and resilience of our enterprise technology environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading enterprise cybersecurity strategy, governance, risk management, and compliance initiatives.
• Overseeing cybersecurity operations, vulnerability management, incident response, and disaster recovery planning.
• Securing enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, network architecture, and Operational Technology (OT) environments.
• Developing cybersecurity policies, standards, and best practices aligned with recognized industry frameworks.
• Leading cybersecurity planning for manufacturing systems, automation projects, and technology implementations.
• Building and developing a high-performing Cybersecurity & Infrastructure team.
• Partnering with Operations, Engineering, and executive leadership to strengthen organizational resilience and support business objectives.
• Evaluating emerging technologies and cybersecurity solutions that improve enterprise protection and operational effectiveness.
