Finance Manager (temp-to-hire

Our client in Glendale, WI is seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to oversee the administration of SAP and BPC systems. This temp-to-hire opportunity offers the chance to lead key system operations while collaborating cross-functionally with Finance and IT teams.

Finance Manager – SAP & BPC Systems Administration

Glendale, WI

Hybrid (2-3 days a week onsite)

• Manage the day-to-day administration of SAP and SAP BPC systems
• Create, maintain, and update financial master data (accounts, cost centers, profit centers, etc.)
• Support monthly financial cycles in BPC, including data loads, archiving, and prep work
• Monitor SAP jobs and troubleshoot system issues as needed
• Partner with Finance, FP&A, and Controlling teams to ensure data accuracy and system alignment
• Collaborate with IT on system testing, access management, and process improvements
• Serve as the primary contact for SAP/BPC user support and technical questions
• Maintain documentation of processes, system changes, and internal controls

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting required
• 5+ years of experience with SAP BPC
• 5+ years of experience with master data management and financial reporting cycles
• Proven ability to troubleshoot system issues and support end-users
• Experience working cross-functionally with Finance and IT
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills

Compensation will reflect the candidate’s fit for the role, including relevant systems knowledge, skill alignment, and overall qualifications

• During temp period: $60 – $68/hr.
