CTG is seeking to fill a SAP Success Factors Solution Architect position for our client.
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Duration: 9 months
Duties:
Design and deploy SAP Success Factors solutions that establish key business capabilities and enable strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
Work with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements and design scalable Success Factors solutions aligned with business objectives.
Provide technical thought leadership for the Success Factors platform across all modules.
Lead solution architecture and design activities, ensuring solutions follow industry best practices and enterprise architecture standards.
Collaborate across teams to resolve complex technical and design issues and minimize technical debt.
Develop, support, and enhance the SAP Success Factors platform and related HR technology solutions.
Lead and manage a technical team of engineers responsible for Success Factors solutions and implementations.
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to evaluate solution options and make architecture recommendations.
Establish and promote agile practices, architecture standards, and implementation best practices.
Stay current with new SAP Success Factors products, capabilities, and features and incorporate relevant innovations into solution designs.
Ensure Success Factors solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with long-term business and technology strategies.
Skills:
Strong SAP Success Factors architecture and solution design expertise.
Comprehensive understanding of SAP Success Factors products and modules.
Strong knowledge of HR technology solutions and enterprise architecture principles.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective Success Factors solutions.
Strong technical leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Experience addressing complex integration, design, and architecture challenges.
Knowledge of agile methodologies and architecture best practices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor technical teams.
Ability to evaluate emerging Success Factors capabilities and determine opportunities for business and operational improvement.
Experience:
Demonstrated experience designing and implementing SAP Success Factors solutions.
Experience serving as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect within SAP Success Factors environments.
Experience working across multiple Success Factors modules and integrating HR technology solutions.
Experience leading technical teams and collaborating with business and technology stakeholders.
Experience developing architecture strategies that support business objectives while minimizing technical debt.
Experience with enterprise HR technology implementations, enhancements, and ongoing platform support.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
SAP Success Factors certifications are preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
