Our client, a leading global technology organization, is seeking a dedicated and innovative

* ** What's the Job?*
* + Lead and manage multiple complex, cross-functional technical programs from inception through successful delivery.

+ Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, milestones, and execution roadmaps to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

+ Track and communicate program status, key milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies to leadership and stakeholders through regular updates.

+ Proactively identify potential program risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to minimize impact on delivery timelines.

+ Facilitate collaboration among engineering, product management, operations, and executive teams to ensure seamless execution and decision-making.

** What's Needed?*
* + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

+ 7+ years of experience managing large-scale, enterprise technology programs with a proven track record of success.

+ Strong expertise in program planning, risk management, dependency management, and executive reporting.

+ Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

+ Experience working in Agile and/or hybrid program management environments, with proficiency in tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project.
