Senior Infrastructure Project Manager

• Lead infrastructure projects from discovery, planning, and design through deployment, validation, and final handoff
• Develop project plans, work breakdown structures, schedules, milestones, and resource plans using Microsoft Project
• Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and third‑party partners to deliver objectives on time and within budget
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, procurement activities, and financial reporting
• Identify risks, dependencies, roadblocks, and compliance considerations and develop mitigation strategies
• Serve as primary communication point between technical teams and executive stakeholders
• Provide status updates, project reporting, executive summaries, and steering committee presentations
• Drive cross‑functional planning and execution across multiple technology teams
• Align Enterprise Infrastructure initiatives with organizational priorities
• Support infrastructure lifecycle and modernization programs across critical enterprise platforms
• Lead projects involving Citrix, MDS switches, Elastic Cloud Storage, enterprise virtualization, web hosting, NAS, and F5 platforms

• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise‑level infrastructure technology projects
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies
• Demonstrated success leading cross‑functional teams in complex technical environments
• Experience managing enterprise infrastructure deployments, upgrades, migrations, or modernization initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, risks, and vendor relationships
• Technical understanding of enterprise infrastructure environments and technology platforms
• Experience coordinating projects involving multiple teams with significant cross‑functional impact
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• Experience with data center infrastructure projects
• Experience with server virtualization platforms, including VMware environments
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and migration initiatives
• Experience with storage solutions, including SAN and NAS environments
• Experience with network infrastructure, routing, switching, and connectivity projects
• Experience with infrastructure automation and platform modernization programs
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• PMP certification strongly preferred
• Additional project management, Agile, or infrastructure‑related certifications highly valued
