Expert Institute in Milwaukee, WI seeks a highly organized Level 1 IT Support Technician to be the face of IT for our growing team. You will own the daily helpdesk queue, hardware deployment, and onboarding, ensuring new hires have the tools they need from day one.
You'll work with the IT Manager to document processes, improve systems, and support Windows and Mac users across the office, including in-person walk-ups at the Milwaukee office.
