As the first point of contact for their customers, you'll step into a hands-on, technical support role that keeps people printing and building. • Respond to customer support cases by phone and email, resolving hardware and software issues with 3D printers
• Diagnose technical problems and guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting to get them back up and running
• Dispatch replacement parts, hardware, and software along with clear setup instructions
• Document every customer interaction accurately and meet published response-time service levels
• Relay customer feedback on hardware and software performance to internal product teams

Required

• 1+ years of experience in customer service (contact center, field service), education, or hardware support
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal, empathetic communication skills

• Contract-to-hire opportunity with a path toward permanent placement after 3 months
• Build hands-on technical skills in a fast-growing 3D printing technology space
