Workday learning Consultant

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Workday Learning Consultant to join their team. As a Workday Learning Consultant, you will be part of the Learning & Development department supporting organizational growth and technological advancement. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

* ** What's the Job?*
* + Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Workday functionalities.

+ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

+ Design, configure, and implement Workday solutions to meet business needs.

+ Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of Workday systems.

+ Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of Workday systems with other business applications.

** What's Needed?*
* + Workday Learning certification.

+ Ability to assess and validate the clients current use of Workday Learning and define future-state requirements.

+ Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to advise on leading practices and Workday Learning implementation approaches used by other organizations.

+ Proven experience as a Workday Business System Analyst or in a similar role.

+ Minimum of 5 years experience with in-depth knowledge of Workday Learning modules.
