Workday Developer - Payroll

Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Workday Payroll Specialist to join their dynamic team. As a Workday Payroll Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Payroll and HR support functions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless payroll operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

* + Configure, develop, test, and maintain Workday Payroll functionality, integrations, reports, and business processes based on organizational requirements.

+ Troubleshoot payroll system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement reliable solutions while supporting data accuracy and payroll operations.

+ Partner with Payroll, HR, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, document solutions, and deliver Workday enhancements.

+ Support ongoing system testing, updates, and production support to ensure payroll processes run smoothly and efficiently.

+ Maintain compliance with relevant payroll regulations and internal policies, ensuring data integrity and security.

* + Minimum 3 years of relevant experience developing, configuring, or supporting Workday Payroll solutions.

+ Demonstrated knowledge of Workday Payroll business processes, integrations, reporting, testing, and production support.

+ Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.

+ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
