*** Role Summary    Associated Bank is seeking a Chief Analytics Officer for our Milwaukee office location. As the Chief Analytics Officer, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of data-driven insights, models, and strategies across the organization, including Marketing, Product Development, and lines of business. Your primary focus will be to leverage data, models, and advanced analytics to drive business growth, shape the marketing and product strategies, and enhance decision-making across various segments.

You will manage a team of data analysts, data consultants, and data scientists who will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and recommendations for performance improvement.
** Key Accountabilities
*** Lead a high-performing team of data analysts, data scientists, and data consultants through hiring, coaching, development, and performance management.
* Drive analytics strategies that turn data into actionable insights and measurable business results.
* Partner with Marketing, Product, Pricing, Sales, Finance, and Digital teams to identify opportunities for growth, customer engagement, and operational improvement.
* Develop predictive models and machine learning strategies supporting marketing, product, pricing, distribution, and other key business areas.
* Define KPIs, measurement strategies, and reporting frameworks to evaluate strategic initiatives, marketing programs, and product launches.
* Advance marketing analytics and optimization capabilities to improve customer acquisition, deepening, retention, and return on marketing investment.
* Present complex analytical findings and recommendations to senior executives and C-suite leaders in a clear and compelling way.
* Build scalable analytics, visualization, and data environments in partnership with data management and architecture teams.##
** Education & Experience
**** Required
* ** Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Individuals must have 10 years of data analytics experience which includes leveraging data to drive business growth, optimizing operations and fostering innovation.
* As part of the 10 years of data analytics experience required, the individual must have:
* 8 years of building high performing teams, to include hiring, developing, and coaching various levels of colleagues
* 8 years of banking experience
* 8 years of experience with advanced analytical tools (Python, R, SAS, SQL) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
* 8 years of statistical models and machine learning techniques experience, particularly focused on marketing performance
* 8 years of marketing analytics experience with a focus on data analytics improving deposit balance growth##
