Job Title
Provides technical training, implementation support, troubleshooting, and consultative application services for bioMérieux diagnostic solutions. Supports customer adoption and utilization of assigned product lines through effective education, problem resolution, and ongoing customer support. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful instrument implementation, customer satisfaction, and achievement of business objectives. Works independently within established procedures while developing technical expertise and customer relationship management skills.

Required Education, Training and Experience
- Bachelor degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Life Sciences, or related scientific field.
- 2+ years of professional related experience with degree in Clinical laboratory, diagnostic, healthcare, or related technical experience.
Preferred Education, Training and Experience
- MLS (ASCP) Certification preferred.
- Experience with CLIA regulations and/or other laboratory credentialing standards preferred.
- Experience supporting laboratory operations, diagnostic testing, customer training, technical support, or similar functions strongly preferred.
- Laboratory Information System (LIS) or Connectivity/Networking experience a plus.
- bioMérieux product experience preferred.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
- Ability to remain in stationary position, either sitting or standing, for prolonged periods
- Ability to ascend/descend stairs, ladders, ramps, and the like
- Ability to wear PPE correctly most of the day
- Ability to adjust or move objects up to 50 pounds in all directions
Travel Requirements
- Domestic travel required: 75%
- International travel required: up to 5%
