Trial Attorney

A law firm seeks a Trial Attorney in Milwaukee, WI. The successful candidate will ensure clients receive exceptional care and achieve excellent results. Responsibilities include client meetings, case preparation, and trial representation. The attorney will also communicate with insurance companies regarding claims and offers.

• Meet with clients to discuss their cases and build trust.
• Prepare cases for trial and represent clients in court.
• Communicate with insurance companies about claims and offers.
• Provide updates to clients on case status.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• 6+ years of litigation experience.
• 5+ jury trials as first chair preferred.
• Member of the Wisconsin Bar in good standing.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in evaluating claims.
