Personal Injury Associate Attorney

Position Overview:

Seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Associate Attorney to handle plaintiff side cases in Milwaukee or Madison, WI.

Responsibilities:

• Manage plaintiff side personal injury cases from intake to resolution.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare for hearings and depositions.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance companies.
• Negotiate settlements and participate in settlement conferences.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school, admitted to the State Bar Wisonsin
• 2+ years of plaintiff side personal injury experience.
• Strong litigation skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
