Litigation Paralegal

We’re seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys through all phases of litigation — from case inception through trial and post-trial work — with a strong emphasis on eDiscovery leadership and data management.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in complex litigation and wants to take ownership of the full eDiscovery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Support attorneys across all litigation stages: case management, docketing, discovery, trial prep, trial presentation, and post-trial activities
• Prepare and maintain legal documents including briefs, citations, subpoenas, exhibits, jury demands, stipulations, and authorizations
• Manage discovery requests, court orders, dockets, and litigation support tasks
• Lead eDiscovery efforts from identification and preservation through production and post-matter archiving
• Oversee electronic document databases and eDiscovery platforms, ensuring data integrity and accessibility
• Develop and maintain defensible eDiscovery workflows, documentation, and best practices
• Assist with vendor selection and management (forensics, trial support, eDiscovery providers)
• Stay current on emerging litigation technologies, including AI applications in eDiscovery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies or Paralegal Certification
• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience
• Courtroom experience strongly preferred
• Strong writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal/document management systems
• Experience with legal software and AI tools is a plus
