We’re seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys through all phases of litigation — from case inception through trial and post-trial work — with a strong emphasis on eDiscovery leadership and data management.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in complex litigation and wants to take ownership of the full eDiscovery lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Support attorneys across all litigation stages: case management, docketing, discovery, trial prep, trial presentation, and post-trial activities
- Prepare and maintain legal documents including briefs, citations, subpoenas, exhibits, jury demands, stipulations, and authorizations
- Manage discovery requests, court orders, dockets, and litigation support tasks
- Lead eDiscovery efforts from identification and preservation through production and post-matter archiving
- Oversee electronic document databases and eDiscovery platforms, ensuring data integrity and accessibility
- Develop and maintain defensible eDiscovery workflows, documentation, and best practices
- Assist with vendor selection and management (forensics, trial support, eDiscovery providers)
- Stay current on emerging litigation technologies, including AI applications in eDiscovery
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies or Paralegal Certification
- 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience
- Courtroom experience strongly preferred
- Strong writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal/document management systems
- Experience with legal software and AI tools is a plus
Preferred Credentials
Candidates with the following certifications are strongly encouraged to apply:
- ACEDS (Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists)
- Relativity Processing Specialist
- Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA)
