An established law firm with decades of excellence serving the Milwaukee market is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its Greater Milwaukee office.

This attorney will serve as the firm’s primary litigation attorney, handling commercial, real estate, and fiduciary disputes while playing a key role in shaping the firm’s litigation practice for years to come. The litigation practice is well supported by experienced real estate, business, and trusts & estates attorneys who regularly collaborate on sophisticated matters.

This role offers a high degree of autonomy, meaningful leadership potential, and a level of flexibility and work-life balance without sacrificing the quality or sophistication of the work.

Compensation
  • $,000+ base salary, plus performance-based bonuses with meaningful upside tied to origination and collections (DOE).
Details
  • Complex litigation involving business, real estate, and trusts disputes.
  • Handle cases from inception to resolution.
  • Manage discovery, draft and argue motions, advise clients, negotiate with opposing counsel.
  • Flexible billable hour requirement.
  • Outstanding support staff (legal assistants and paralegals).
Requirements
  • 5+ years of litigation experience.
  • JD from accredited law school.
