You will do this by:
* Creating or updating knowledge base documentation and training materials for End User Support
* Developing and monitoring project schedules and ensuring projects meet deadlines
* Communicating with internal customers regarding program progress
* Designing and executing systems test plans to ensure fail-safe integration of a program into a production environment
* Highlighting areas needing resolution and driving solutions
* Evaluating current processes and systems for cost reduction and improvement and determines project priorities
* Creating reports for internal and external customers from the applicable software which may include identifying analytics as it relates to Supply Chain
* Researching and implementing best practices for program management

* Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field, OR equivalent education and experience
* At least three years or related supply chain experience
* Ability to think creatively to solve complex problems
* Ability to prepare and present complex technical information
* Strong interpersonal skills necessary to communicate and negotiate effectively with diverse groups of people
* Possesses knowledge of Supply Chain practices, principles and ethics
* Understanding or experience working in ERP systems, preferably SAP
* Strong organizational and planning skills
* Demonstrated project management skills
* Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location
