The Senior Manager, Talent Procurement leads sourcing strategy and execution across Talent‑related categories including Labor, HR Technology, Benefits, and associated services. Partners closely with Human Resources, Finance, IT, Legal, and business leadership teams to develop sourcing strategies that drive business value, optimize supplier performance, mitigate risk, and support organizational objectives.
Responsibilities- Own sourcing strategy and execution across Labor, HR Technology, Benefits, and other Talent‑related spend categories.
- Partner with business stakeholders to align procurement strategies with organizational priorities and objectives.
- Lead complex supplier negotiations and manage strategic supplier relationships, performance, and governance.
- Lead sourcing initiatives from opportunity identification through implementation, including supplier selection, contracting, and change management.
- Build credibility, influence stakeholders, and drive alignment across complex cross‑functional initiatives.
- Identify and execute opportunities that deliver cost savings, operational efficiencies, supplier optimization, and risk mitigation through market intelligence, data‑driven analysis, and innovative solutions.
- Develop business cases and recommendations to support strategic decision‑making.
- Present recommendations and project updates to leadership while independently driving decision‑making and issue resolution.
- Develop and execute category strategies and roadmaps that support evolving business priorities and organizational growth.
- Support the continuous improvement of procurement processes, tools, and best practices.
- Lead special projects and strategic initiatives that support broader Talent and Procurement objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Human Resources, Finance, Information Systems, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Seven or more years of sourcing, procurement, category management, or related experience, including demonstrated success leading complex sourcing initiatives and supplier negotiations.
- Experience supporting HR, Talent, Technology, Labor, Benefits, or other indirect spend categories preferred.
- Proven success negotiating, implementing, and managing complex supplier agreements and commercial contracts.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders, think strategically, and drive alignment across complex stakeholder groups while balancing business objectives and stakeholder priorities.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships, establish credibility, and operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment with limited direction.
- Strong analytical and business acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations and business results.
- Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, written, presentation, and executive communication skills.
