- Manage and grow key accounts
- Work closely with clients to ensure satisfaction and oversee operational aspects of shipments
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional service

- Develop account plans and structure deal teams
- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in key account management in the transportation and logistics industry preferred
- Experience with supply chain management, transportation, warehousing, and distribution
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of transportation and logistics industry trends and best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Experience with transportation management systems (TMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software is preferred
