Located in Milwaukee’s Menomonee River Valley, Villa Palermo is a state‑of‑the‑industry manufacturing facility that adjoins our company headquarters.

Our high‑tech pizza manufacturing operations include an on‑site bakery to produce best‑in‑class crusts, robotic packaging equipment, and a 24‑hour shipping and receiving facility.

Hours are primarily during 1st shift. May involve working with vendors outside of these hours.

• Coordinate purchasing activities for raw materials, packaging, and supplies.
• Maintain accurate purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Assist in sourcing new vendors and evaluating supplier performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, specifications, and food safety standards.
• Prepare, analyze, and maintain purchasing reports and documentation.
• Support Buyer and Senior Buyer with vendor communication, order tracking, and data analysis.

• Manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Analytical mindset for cost control and vendor evaluation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with vendors and internal teams.
• Experience from 1–3 years in purchasing or procurement.
• Technology savvy – Specifically within the Oracle Fusion ERP system.
• Experience in the food industry and packaging materials highly preferred.
