Job Description

As the Material Program Team Lead you will lead a global team responsible for driving supply planning excellence, standard work adoption, governance, and process improvement across the enterprise. You will promote projects that improve planning effectiveness, inventory performance, service levels, and operational execution while creating scalable, sustainable processes across regions and departments. You will provide strategic leadership for enterprise supply chain readiness by identifying risks related to demand, supply, capacity, inventory, and execution.

You will partner across Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Customer Care, Departments, and Commercial teams to develop mitigation strategies, improve decision-making processes, and ensure business continuity through proactive risk management. You will report to the Director Global Supply Planning
- Standard Product and have a hybrid schedule working in Milwaukee, WI.

Your Responsibilities
  • Leading supply planning, inventory management, demand planning, S&OP/IBP, or supply chain readiness projects.
  • Demonstrated experience identifying, assessing, and mitigating supply chain risks across inventory, capacity, suppliers, logistics, and operations.
  • Work projects and strategic initiatives across multiple regions and departments.
  • Driving process improvements using Lean, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
  • Interpret supply chain performance metrics and develop relevant business recommendations.
  • Proficiency with ERP, APS, MRP, and supply chain planning systems, as well as advanced Microsoft Excel and data analytics tools.
  • Presenting recommendations, risks, and business insights to senior leadership and important partners.

- You Will Have
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
  • The ability to travel 10% of the time.
The Preferred
- You Might Also Have
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain planning, materials management, inventory management, or related functions.
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience leading teams in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Experience driving standard work, governance frameworks, and continuous improvement projects.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end Plan | Source | Make | Deliver processes.
  • Experience supporting global supply chain networks across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.
  • Experience of ERP, APS, planning, analytics, and reporting tools.
  • Experience presenting business risks, recommendations, and strategic trade-offs to executive leadership.
  • Experience leading enterprise-wide planning, inventory optimization, or supply chain transformation projects.
  • APICS (CPIM, CSCP), Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or equivalent certifications.
