Hybrid — Monday–Thursday onsite, Friday remote

Experience:

We are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support transportation, supply planning, data analysis, reporting, and operational efficiency. The role involves working with SAP systems, Excel, 3PL partners, and supply chain data to ensure accurate execution and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Monitor and validate shipment, inventory, and planning data.
• Analyze large datasets and prepare recurring/ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
• Support LTL/FTL and cross-border transportation activities.
• Work with Customer Service, Supply Planning, carriers, and 3PLs to resolve issues.
• Perform weekly validation and uploads of supply chain data into SAP/APO.
• Run and validate APO supply planning transactions.
• Investigate and resolve SAP APO, ECC, and SNC issues with IT.
• Support process improvements, system testing, and data-quality initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Logistics, or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, lookups, nested formulas).
• SAP experience, especially APO, ECC, TM, or SNC, preferred.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Business Objects, or similar tools is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
