Lead procurement and sourcing for ISS X-Ray Generation portfolio, managing global supplier relationships and contracts.
Responsibilities:Develop sourcing strategies, negotiate commercial and contractual terms, analyze supplier proposals, support supply chain efficiency, and drive supplier performance management across a ~$65M spend with 30+ suppliers. Collaborate across functions and at all organizational levels to enhance operational efficiency, mitigate risks, and support new product introductions.
Requirements:Bachelor's in engineering or business, 4+ years in complex procurement or supply chain, strong negotiation skills, and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
Preferred:engineering background, familiarity with ISS X-Ray Generation.
High Value:biopharma relevance is indirect but pertains to medical imaging supply chain management; experience with medical device components or related regulated environments is advantageous.
Work Setup:global, hybrid or flexible; travel up to 15% domestically and internationally.
