Maintenance Associate

About the Position

Join Harmoniq Residential as a Maintenance Associate in the Milwaukee area. You’ll support our commitment to a clean, safe, and welcoming community by quickly addressing maintenance needs and enhancing property appearance.

• 🛠 General & Grounds – Perform painting projects, light drywall repairs, and contribute to overall curb appeal.
• 🚰 Plumbing – Replace toilets, wax rings, shower trims/cartridges; diagnose and report water heater issues.
• 💡 Electrical – Replace outlets, switches, light fixtures, and ballasts; troubleshoot non‑licensed electrical issues.
• 🌡 HVAC – Check and monitor common‑area boilers; diagnose furnace and air‑handler problems within a non‑licensed scope.
• 📲 Tech Tools & Vendor Collaboration – Use digital platforms to manage work orders, communicate with vendors, and coordinate third‑party contractors during on‑call rotations.
• 👥 Office & Company Contribution – Attend quarterly company‑wide meetings and weekly maintenance meetings.
• 📚 Ongoing Training – Continue developing maintenance skills and independently manage and prioritize work orders.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team success.
