Kept Companies is the largest self-performing commercial cleaning and maintenance company in the nation, servicing industries including restaurants, solar, retail, transportation, and supermarkets. We are looking to hire a Pressure Washer/Window Cleaner.

Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors in commercial buildings using specialized tools and equipment.
• Ensuring windows are streak-free and spotless.
• Cleaning window frames and sills as needed.
• Pressure washing sidewalks, buildings, vehicles, and other surfaces.
• Following safety protocols and using appropriate safety equipment.
• Communicating with clients to understand their needs and providing excellent customer service.
• Previous experience is preferred but not required; training is provided.
• Working at heights and using ladders or scaffolding safely.
• Performing physical tasks, including lifting heavy equipment, and working in various weather conditions.

A background check will be completed. Qualifications include being at least 21 years old, having a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and optionally a DOT medical card. Experience in detailing or custodial work is preferred.

This is an entry-level position, employment type is other, and it falls under the facilities services industry. The role is field-based and requires working outdoors in most weather conditions.
