Field Service Technician - Milwaukee, WI
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Field Service Technician to join our team. This role involves providing IT support and PC deployment services within a hospital environment, requiring strong technical skills, professionalism, and the ability to work independently under deadlines.
Key Responsibilities- Perform PC rebuilds and deployments following established procedures.
- Backup and restore data within Windows OS environments.
- Deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively with staff, including C‑level leadership.
- Utilize Service Now for ticketing and workflow management.
- Work across multiple hospital locations in the Milwaukee area as needed.
- Maintain proper hygiene and professional business etiquette in a healthcare setting.
- Adapt to new technologies and evolving IT processes.
- Certifications:
CompTIA A+ (or equivalent experience) - Strong attention to detail and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and handling large datasets.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and working cell phone.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and safely navigate hospital environments.
- Available for online interviews and flexible with shift times.

They will work 8‑hour days. They are flexible on start and finish times. There will be no mileage reimbursement for this role. Most driving is morning and afternoon commute. They try not to bounce around too much during the day but sometimes there will be a need for it.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
