• Gather and record time entries for CDK/Paycor comparison.
• Create and manage work orders throughout the day.
• Track Milwaukee MSHA hours quarterly.
• Update service rates in CDK annually across all locations.
• Obtain customer PO numbers as required.
• Maintain internal work order lists for final review.
• Manage Oil Cop and Fluid Secure websites.
• Process expense reports for technicians.
• Manage monthly recurring and contract work orders for all locations.
• Handle CODs and customer credit card charges/requests.
• Type and organize trade and annual inspection reports.
• Provide backup support for incoming service calls.
• Perform job duties as outlined in the Service Playbook.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support service operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate degree in Business a Plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a heavy equipment service environment preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
