Restoration Technician

Rainbow Restoration® was established in 1981 and offers emergency restoration services for home and commercial properties, including carpet cleaning and construction services across more than 400 global locations.

• Drive company vehicles with trailers
• Read and understand maps & directions
• Work collaboratively with a team
• Communicate with customers about scope of work and review necessary paperwork
• Establish and maintain a schedule to ensure timely delivery of all services
• Learn and participate in performing any of the following services:
• Water restoration
• Mold remediation
• Trauma scene cleaning
• Smoke & fire damage restoration
• Carpet & upholstery cleaning
• Content cleaning
• Lead remediation
• Boardup & tarp over services
• Property maintenance
• Construction projects
• Respond to jobs and initiate work in accordance with IICRC standards and internal processes
• Maintain company assets (equipment, vehicles, etc.)—keeping them clean, properly maintained, and fully stocked at all times
• Perform marketing tasks to sell additional services or develop new business as required
• Perform other duties as required, which may be outside the scope of normal job duties

• 24‑hour emergency service commitment—required to be on‑call and respond as needed
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional appearance and personality
• Team player capable of working independently
• Smartphone and tablet literate, with working knowledge of work‑processing and business software
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook) and similar applications
• Ability to learn new computer software
• Experience with Xactware software helpful but not mandatory
• Restoration and construction experience helpful but not required
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
• Willingness to train supporting team members (stewardship)

• Service Technician (entry level/minimal experience): $14‑$15 per hour
• Field Operations Manager: $22+ per hour
• Project Manager: $22+ per hour
