Responsibilities- Organize material by specific areas/floors and maintain inventory.
- Identify and manage tools and equipment; enforce tool inspection and signing sheets.
- Ensure each crew activity has required information packages (contract drawings, shop drawings, panel schedules, cut sheets, etc.).
- Control crew break times to minimize loss time.
- Submit daily hour/unit reports for each crew member on standard time sheet.
- Perform quality control inspections per established QC plan and checklists.
- Maintain high‑quality installation standards and as‑built drawings, updated weekly.
- Conduct end‑of‑day inventory of all tools & equipment, ensuring accountability.
- Report lost, stolen, or damaged tools.
- Review, sign, and store all AHA documents related to foreman’s scope of work.
- Submit daily equipment inspection sheets for all assigned equipment weekly.
- Follow accident/incident reporting procedures, submitting reports within 24 hours.
- Ensure all work areas are left broom‑swept at end of day.
- 6+ years of experience in the electrical industry and a High School Diploma or GED.
- 4+ years of experience with an associate degree.
- OSHA 10 certification.
- Journeyman license preferred.
- NFPA 70E Certification preferred.
Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements including U.S. citizenship for access to classified information. Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance required.

$37.50 - $41.50 per hour.
Abilities &Physical Requirements
- Lift, carry, and move objects up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Relocate a 12‑foot stepladder without assistance.
- Work at heights up to 60 feet on scaffolds, aerial lifts, catwalks, and ladders.
- Walk, climb, lift, squat, crawl, kneel, push, pull, and reach overhead frequently.
- Have good vision (correctable allowed) and hearing, and be able to communicate in English.
- Use a standard ladder without exceeding its weight limit while carrying tools.
