• Compensation: $16-$20/hr based on experience

• Expertly seal central heating, cooling, and ventilation systems using Aeroseal technology.
• Assist with shop duties, including receiving parts, organizing inventory, and keeping our fleet “truck-ready.”
• Build rapport with homeowners, ensuring they are satisfied and excited about the services we provide.
• Work hand-in-hand with our Install Manager and Coordinator to ensure seamless job execution.

• High integrity and a drive to be better today than you were yesterday.
• Previous duct cleaning experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong verbal and written skills to effectively interact with teammates and customers.
• A valid driver’s license with an insurable record is required. Candidates must also pass a drug screen and background check.
