Harvest Advertising Inc. is looking for a dependable Event Setup Assistant to help prepare event spaces, organize materials, and support on-site operations. This position is well suited to someone who enjoys hands-on tasks, follows instructions carefully, and works effectively with a team.

• Set up tables, chairs, signage, displays, and promotional materials according to event requirements.
• Organize and prepare supplies before scheduled activities.
• Assist with moving and arranging equipment using safe handling practices.
• Ensure event areas are clean, orderly, and ready for attendees.
• Check that displays and materials are arranged according to instructions.
• Replenish supplies and help maintain organized event spaces during activities.
• Support event staff with routine setup and logistical needs.
• Pack, sort, and store equipment and materials after events.
• Report missing supplies, damaged equipment, or other issues to the appropriate team member.
• Follow established procedures and safety guidelines.

• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks within scheduled time frames.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Comfortable with hands-on duties and moving around event spaces.
• Good organizational skills and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to perform essential job duties with reasonable accommodation where applicable.
• Previous event setup, hospitality, or similar experience is beneficial but not required.
