Maintenance Technician​/Nights

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Pay: $39 $ 43 per hour, based on experience

Employment: Direct hire

Schedule: 12-hour day or night shifts

Were hiring Maintenance Technicians to support manufacturing operations in Milwaukee. This opportunity offers competitive pay, full benefits, and three weeks of paid time off.

• Troubleshoot and repair production machinery and equipment.

• Perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment running reliably.

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.

• Assist with equipment installations and improvements.

• Document maintenance work and follow safety procedures, including lockout/tagout.

• Previous maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.

• Experience troubleshooting motors, controls, and production equipment.

• PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety.

This is a Permanent position based out of Milwaukee, WI.

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $85000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

Performance Bonuses $5,000 sign on bonus paid out monthly 5% performance annual incentive bonus (based on company performance, department performance, and individual goals)3 weeks of vacation

This is a fully onsite position in Milwaukee,WI.
